Village’s Old Faithful yogurt Breakfast
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
3/4 cup full fat grass-fed Greek yogurt (I like Stoneyfield brand or Strauss)
1 tbsp chopped nut of any kind
1/4 cup of berry of any kind
1 tbsp of ground flax seed or chia seed (or just add more nuts instead)
Method:
Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
