Village’s Old Faithful yogurt Breakfast

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup full fat grass-fed Greek yogurt (I like Stoneyfield brand or Strauss)

  • 1 tbsp chopped nut of any kind

  • 1/4 cup of berry of any kind

  • 1 tbsp of ground flax seed or chia seed (or just add more nuts instead)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Enjoy!
